All Clear Plumbing Cuts Through The Nonsense To Provide Excellent Service

By Elisha Neubauer

It's every consumer's worst nightmare to have a trusted professional upsell them products and services they don't need. It's why so many fear taking their car to the shop or hiring a local plumber. How do you know you're only getting what you need and not a standard sales pitch?

For Scott Smith, master plumber, this was a concern of his. He wanted to provide a service, to help people who were unable to accomplish the task themselves. He didn't want to sell them services or products that were unnecessary, but no matter what company he went to that seemed to be the goal. Smith found he was uncomfortable with the fact that these companies were more interested in his sales figures than his service, and he just wasn't happy with that.

"Scott had a vision for a plumbing company that treated customers and employees the way he would want to be treated, so he recruited Trina and I to help," Anja Smith, Managing Partner of All Clear Plumbing, said. "Together, we started a plumbing company that your grandfather would recognize and have been doing business that way ever since."

The company launched in 2012 and has since seen avid success. Despite a page full of raving reviews and constant customer dedication, the founding partners of All Clear Plumbing have remained humble in their mission.

"From our perspective, it's hard to pinpoint what is so special because we are just doing what we believe is right," Smith said. What is right, according to her, is to provide clear communication, be polite, and do only the work required for a fair and consistent price. "It's unfortunate that those are stand-out qualities, because they should really be the baseline."

In order to continue to offer only the best service available, Smith and partners have strived to hire only the highest-caliber plumbers. Each employee is fully vetted, has at least 10 years experience, and Smith stands behind their work completely. The team is selected for their qualifications, not their sales expertise, allowing you to fully trust the technician standing in your home.

Another factor setting All Clear Plumbing aside is that Scott Smith, despite owning the company, still insists on working in the field. He refuses to sit behind a desk, preferring to work one on one with clients to preserve his company's customer service. While this may not seem like a huge deal to customers, it really isn't the norm in the industry.

"That's just our family's way of doing business and we feel really blessed that the Greenville area has responded so positively to that," Smith said.
